If you need to have a password reset in a Milestones Professional file, please follow the steps below:

  • E-mail the file to support@kidasa.com
  • FAX a signed password reset request to KIDASA Software, Inc. at 512-328-0247 on your company letterhead with the following information:
    • Name of e-mailed Milestones Professional file.
    • Name of the Milestones Professional user requesting the reset.
    • The serial number of the Milestones Professional software used to create the file.
    • The e-mail address to send the file after the password has been reset.
    • The statement: “Our company claims ownership of the file for which the password reset is being requested and accepts all legal and financial responsibility for claims to the contrary”.

KIDASA Software, Inc. will reset the password and return the file to e-mail address in the request.
